I am an author, graphics designer and full-time grandpa. Originally from Federal Way, Washington, I now reside in Oregon, where my youngest daughter Jazzmyn - an author in her own right - and a dog named Naked keep me busy.

After the loss of my first-born grandson to SIDS, I started donating a lot of my time, talent and love to providing memorial keepsake images to families who are missing their angels. This is a labor of love, and I get more from the giving than anyone can know.

My blog FROM GRANDPA'S HEART... is an international favorite. It was started after I survived a heart attack, as a way to pass on messages of love, hope and happiness to my kids and grandkids - but it has become an inspiration and a source of happiness to folks the world over.

My first novel, THE SLEEPING GIANT, is a thrilling story of love, fear and survival centered around the impending eruption of Mount Rainier in Washington state.
